The research analyzes competitive forces on the real estate market in Nizhny Novgorod region. Competition has intensified in the context of the accession of Russia to the WTO. Nowadays, it is important for Russian companies to adapt to the market environment by mastering up-to-date knowledge, skills, and abilities in corporate competitiveness management. The paper deals with the dynamics of real estate indicators. Porter’s Five Forces marketing model is used to predict and evaluate the competitive power on the real estate market. This technique for assessing the competitive situation on the market is subjective and simplified to some extent. Nevertheless, it provides information for making decisions on company competitiveness management in the region. The research is of high interest to experts in economics and company management in the service sector.
