The article deals with topical issues of competitiveness and efficiency of the network trading company. In the course of the study, an analysis of consumers and competitors of Yekaterinburg Yabloko LLC was carried out; an assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise was given; factors of the macro-environment and micro-environment were analyzed. A SWOT analysis was carried out, threats and opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the company's activities were identified.
