The analysis of contact dynamic interaction of a potato tuber with the surface

In a paper the tension of potato tuber pulp is analyzed at its dynamic contact interaction with a surface and other tuber. Admissible heights of falling and speeds of impact which are not calling internal damages of pulp are determined. The method and results of experimental definition of mechanical characteristics of stiffness and strength at compression of tuber pulp is resulted.
