The analysis of treatment strategy in patients operated on for pancreatonecrosis

The analysis of complex treatment of 157 patients pancreatic necrosis various aetiology in the period with 1995 on 2005 is carried out. It is established, that medical tactics at pancreatic necrosis should be strictly differently, depending on prevalence necrosis defeats of a pancreas, retroperitoneal space, prevalence and character of a peritonitis, and also weight of a physiological condition of the patient. The basic directions of conservative therapy pancreatic necrosis are decrease proteolitic activity, decrease toxic product and adequate antibacterial therapy.
