Summer training has great importance for athletes at the initial stage of training. The structure of the long-term training process is based on the existing laws of the sportsmanship development. It is important to consider aspects of not only practical, but also theoretical training. The biggest advantage in mixed martial arts is the ability to combine kicks, punches, painful holds, wrestling techniques without any restrictions. The process of integrating wrestling techniques into striking and vice versa takes place under the coach’s guidance. It is important to determine the vector of correct development to achieve harmonious development and quick enrollment in the sports reserve of national teams. In connection with the development of mixed martial arts, the mechanisms and methods of training are being improved. The results that athletes showed at the age of 14 are now shown by young athletes at the age of 12. The competition is growing and it is necessary to look for new working and experimental programs.
