Analysis of licensing activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex implementing diversification measures

The object of the study is the licensing activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. Currently, in the context of increased diversification of production at these enterprises, accompanied by a lack of information and a constant change in the external environment, the current mechanism for managing licensing activities needs further development. Its insufficient scientific validity requires improving the tools for evaluating the licensing activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex implementing diversification measures. Based on the use of methods of economic analysis and economic and mathematical modeling, a toolkit for assessing the specified activity of enterprises has been developed. The use of these tools in practice will help to increase the efficiency of production diversification.
