Analysis of leadership qualities of junior instruction unit commanders in higher schools of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

The article analyzes the leadership qualities models presented in research literature and presents the results of surveying the subjective ideas of the trainees regarding the qualities required of an instruction unit leader. Based on this, the author suggests a leadership qualities model for junior commanders in higher educational institutions of the Russian MIA.
