The article discusses the main directions of tourist flow within the Altai region, which include two administrative-territorial entities: the Altai Krai and the Altai Republic. In the course of the work, the saturation of the tourist flow for one of the tourist areas of Altai - the Katun ridge, namely the Ust-Koksinsky district of the Altai Republic, as one of the promising tourist and recreational areas of the Altai Mountains, is analyzed. The authors consider in detail points of attraction for the tourist flow: the valley of the Akkem River with its neighboring valleys and the Belukha Mountains, as well as the valley of the Multa River with its attractions - the ridge of the Multin lakes, as points of increased tourist interest. Application of various research methods (historical, geographical, modeling and analytical forecasting methods) allowed revealing the dynamics of tourist groups on the routes of the studied area using three-dimensional geographical information systems. The article considers main directions of the tourist flow in the Katun ridge, the dynamics of tourist groups on the routes of the studied area. At the end of the work, methods of monitoring the dynamics of tourist groups in the study area for touristgeographical design through the development and application of special software and its large-scale distribution among the organizers of tourist activities are proposed. An example of information and navigation displays contributing to the improvement of logistics of geographical design, as well as operational monitoring and control of tourist groups on the route is considered. The study is focused on the analysis of the logistics of points of attraction in the networks of routes along the Altai, namely on the points of attraction on routes in the dynamics of their visits and geographical construction.
