Analysis of macroeconomic indexes of efficiency of the national economy of Azerbaijan

In this article is first investigated on the example of Azerbaijan Republic root problem of economic science - formation of macroeconomic proportion in terms of making new economic relationships, is studied range of actual questions, related with forming macroeconomic proportions of national economics in the ladder of the formational periods, is analyzed process of organization macroeconomic proportions on the stages of production in period of formation of market economy. The ratio between accumulation and consumption is one of the most important general economic proportions of the national economy. Trends in accumulation and consumption are interrelated and relatively contradictory. The larger part of the surplus product is drawn to accumulation, the less it can go on increasing the current consumption of society and, vice versa, the greater part of the created product is used to increase current consumption, the less opportunities the society has to increase accumulation, expand production. Therefore, the problem of the optimal combination of the accumulated and consumed parts of the created product inevitably arises. The process of accumulation is determined by economic theory as the creation of an excess of products as a result of production exceeding over consumption.
