The analysis of material, technical and personnel base in sports organization

The article is devoted to the acquisition, functioning and conditions of the material, technical and personnel base of MAOU TO "DYUSSH" № 3 in Volzhsky. The authors reveal the goals and objectives which characterise these types of sports organization resources. We have revealed that the potential for the development of sports schools is in the process of acquisition and successful functioning of the material and technical base, as this part of the resources significantly affects the influx of students-athletes, the development of social partnership, the competitiveness of the institution, the quality of sports services, that is, almost all spheres of life of sports institutions. The analysis of theoretical data showed that the personnel, material and technical base of the sports institution is an important part of the sports school and directly affects the activities of the sports institution.
