Analysis of several legal cases concerning land ownership issues and urban planning issues

Based on the analysis of judicial practice on land and property relations and relations in the field of urban planning, the authors identify problems caused by the implementation of development projects, as well as typical cases of challenging the provisions of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning of cities. Analyzes the groups and categories of litigation on the most pressing issues of land use and development practice. Based on the analysis of decisions of various categories of litigation, the main conclusions are drawn about the positions of the courts on these issues.
