Analysis of interrogation methods and techniques used by NKVD in criminal investigation

The article will examine the main methods used by the NKVD in interrogations, such as physical and psychological violence, threats and blackmail, the use of false accusations and others. An analysis of the effectiveness of these methods and their impact on the outcome of the case will be conducted. The article will also consider the influence of the NKVD's activities on the public consciousness and mentality of Soviet society.
