Analysis of the international practice of expertise evaluation report

The author analyses international law, methodology and practice of examination of evaluation reports on the basis of regulations, standards, assessment, learning and teaching materials, practical guidance and analytical articles. The need for such analysis due to the fact that in the process of review of assessment reports in Russia have many methodological issues and legislation. At the same time, international practice has significant experience in this field. The results of this analysis can be used in developing methods of assessment, legislation on valuation activities, as well as in practice, the examination of assessment reports.
