The need to create a team arises from the moment the organization starts its activities. First of all, in order to determine the methods and ways of managing teams, you need to have a clear understanding of what a team is, what an effective team is, how team roles are distributed, and the stages of team development that arise in the process of team formation. Teamwork leads not only to an increase in the productivity of each individual employee, but the entire enterprise as a whole.
