This article discusses models for managing organizational changes in a company. A retrospective comparative analysis is carried out, key advantages and disadvantages are identified, as well as features of their use in modern conditions. The result is a mapping table of the investigated models according to specified criteria, and the author developed a change management model, taking into account the current status of the market environment.
