Бесплатный доступ

This article presents an analysis of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the frame of the Sibiryak-4.2 cultivator using the finite element method (FEM) in the ANSYS program. The cultivator frame is one of the key structural elements, on the reliability and durability of which the effective operation of agricultural machinery depends. The purpose of the study is to identify critical areas and potential places of structural failure, which will improve its performance and reliability. The work carried out a detailed calculation of the SSS of the frame, taking into account operational loads, including traction from the tractor, the dead weight of the cultivator and attachments. The ANSYS program was used for modeling, which allows for high-precision calculations and visualization of the results in the form of stress and strain distributions. The use of FEM makes it possible to study in detail the stress distribution throughout the entire structure and determine the most loaded elements. During the analysis, standard reference data on the mechanical properties of the steel from which the frame is made was used. The simulation results showed that maximum stresses arise in certain nodes and joints of the frame, which can lead to its destruction during long-term operation. The methods and results presented in the article can be used in the design and modernization of agricultural machines. The article will be useful to engineers and researchers involved in the development and analysis of agricultural machinery, as well as specialists in the field of application of FEM to assess the strength and durability of structures.
