Analysis of the negative impact of the meat processing plant on the environment with the assessment of volumes and types of incoming pollution

In this paper, we consider the problems of environmental pollution in the food industry. A qualitative and quantitative assessment of the negative effect of the meat processing shop on atmospheric air, soil and water resources was carried out. The sphere of the environment is determined, which is most vulnerable to negative influences.
