Analysis of the need for a strategy for small businesses

Over the past two years, the demand for small businesses has increased significantly. Due to the economic and political situation, the issue of "import substitution" has become more relevant than ever. An important task for Russian entrepreneurs has become the development and strengthening of the domestic economy, its independent existence in isolation from the external economy. During the research, the main basis for writing the article was the advice and recommendations of experts in the field of business and entrepreneurship who have significant experience in such projects. An example of the formation of large companies that are monopolists in their field is presented. Having analyzed the available information and additional sources of information, theses were put forward, which were formed taking into account economic, social and other spheres, as well as taking into account the assessment of professional qualities and experience of novice entrepreneurs. The result of the analysis is recommendations for entrepreneurs and abstracts that can help prepare the necessary business structure. Among the recommendations, the ideas of using SMART goals, the use of PEST and SWOT analysis, as well as the main criteria that will allow you to create a working and well-functioning business are put forward.
