Analysis of the regulatory and legal framework governing the activities of participants in state and municipal procurements

This article analyzes and compares the regulatory framework governing the activities of participants in the field of state and municipal procurement. The analysis showed that 44-FZ and 223-FZ are basic laws for the field of public procurement and are supplemented by 275-FZ and 615-FZ, depending on the subject of the contract. In addition, every company wishing to participate in purchasing must know the subtleties and nuances of the legislation regulating the sphere of public procurement, so that its activities in this area are effective and profitable.
