Analysis of the regulatory and legal framework of the budget-forming policy of the region on the example of Krasnodar region

The materials of the article include an analysis of regulatory documents of the Krasnodar Territory that govern the budget-forming policy of the region, including the total revenue of the Krasnodar Territory regional budget, tax and non-tax revenues of the Krasnodar Territory budget, revenue sources, funds for the implementation of state programs, budget appropriations for implementation of state programs “Development of health care”, “Development of education”, “Social support of citizens”, surplus of the regional budget.
