Review of the regulatory framework in the field of safety in emergencies and civil defense, and proposals for its improvement (part 2)

This publication is the second part of the article that analyses the state of normative regulation in the field of Safety in Emergencies and Civil Defense. The previously published part 1 [1] offered a review of the current state of standards of series 22 “Safety in Emergencies” and proposals for their improvement. The second part analyses the state of standard series 42 “Civil Defense” and offers proposals on improvement of the regulatory basis and on the priority of development of new standards for voluntary use to support the requirements of for technical regulations of the Customs Union.
