The development and implementation of sound management decisions in the field of increasing the efficiency of the use of working capital of an enterprise is based on the results of an analysis of the structure and dynamics of working capital, and indicators of their turnover. The paper presents an analysis of indicators of working capital turnover of LLC «SAMARACEMENT» and identifies areas for optimizing the inventories of the enterprise.
