Analysis of citizens' appeals as a tool in evaluating quality of provision of medical services

This article presents an analysis of citizens' appeals at the forum of the Department of Health of the Bryansk region. The systematization of appeals was carried out, the semantic content of texts was analyzed, an attempt was made to reveal the degree of satisfaction of citizens from interaction with the health care system.
