Analysis of the general policy of domestic enterprises in the field of strategic human capital management

The article deals with the formation and implementation of the policy of domestic enterprises to build a strategy for human capital management. As the main points, attention is drawn to education as the main factor of the quality of human capital, as well as one of the basic mechanisms that increase the cost of human capital and the effectiveness of its application in the organization. Special attention is paid to the transition to a two-level education system and the consequences of this transition for the Russian economy.
