Economic policy of cluster development in Russia: an analysis of implementation experience

Today Russian economy is at a difficult stage of development due to various internal and external causes. So, it is necessary to search for new drivers of economic growth, one of which is an active cluster policy. The article deals with the problematic issues and achievements in the field of economic policy aimed at development of clusters in Russia.The conditions of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, the significance and main results of development the economic policy of clusters are considered. We have analyzed the problematic issues of implementing the economic policy of cluster development, measures to support clusters, and proposed directions for improvement of the state regulation of economic policy, based on development of territorial clusters.
