The Paper Explored The Catering For Children Arranged In Educational Institutions At The Nenets Autonomous District. The Author Examined Samples Of Cooked Meals Checking For Their Compliance With The Standards Recommended For Caloric Content, Complete Set Of Components, Additives Available Like Vitamin C, Microbiology Indicators, And Keeping To Sanitation And Hygiene Routine At The Nutrition Unit. The Study Outcomes Have Shown That The Commons Put For Children Have Not Met The Standard Rates For Most Parameters In Consideration, And The Situation Has Emerged Particularly Unfavorable In Educational Institutions.
