Analysis of the organizational and managerial structure of the workforce in order to identify the causes of intra-company conflicts

Based on the system ideology and matrix approach to describing the structure of complex systems, the problem of developing model and algorithmic tools for analyzing the organizational and managerial structure of the labor collective in order to identify the causes of intra-company conflicts is solved.
