The article considers the stages of organizational development of Metalloinvest Holding Company JSC according to the model of Greiner. This model provides an opportunity to anticipate the onset of the crisis and develop a way to overcome it. It is established that at present Metalloinvest is at the stage of growth through coordination. In conclusion, the advantages and disadvantages of Greiner’s model are revealed.
