This article is devoted to the analysis of organizational culture in the context of confectionery factories and the development of practical recommendations for its improvement. Modern approaches to the analysis of organizational culture are considered. Based on the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the existing culture of the organizations in question are identified and practical recommendations for its improvement are proposed. The results of the study can be useful for managers and specialists interested in improving the competitiveness and efficiency of confectionery factories through the improvement of organizational culture.
