The work is devoted to the main clientele groups of the Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel, Moscow, which were identified and analyzed during the marketing research. In the marketing research, both desk research (processing of secondary information) and field research (questionnaire survey, observation) were used. As a result of marketing research, we were able to identify two main clientele groups of the Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel, Moscow: business tourists and organizational groups of foreign tourists.
