Analysis of the basic approaches on assessment of implementation of large infrastructure projects of the state-private partnership

The article analyzes the features of the existing Russian and foreign approaches to assessing the implementation of large infrastructure projects of public-private partnership. Their distinctive characteristics are noted and bottlenecks are identified, and recommendations for their improvement are proposed.
