Analysis of the basic problems in the field of attracting foreign investments in the Russian Federation at the present stage

In the field of attracting foreign investment in the Russian Federation, there are a number of problematic, constraining growth of the most important macroeconomic indicators - combined foreign investment. The author illustrates the statistical dynamics of combined foreign investment, identifies the methods used by the authorities to stimulate their increase. Based on the results of the research, a circle of problems was identified that required a leveling solution.
