Human Resource is a key factor in the effective development of business in the modern world. The development of information technology has a direct impact on increasing the requirements for employees. A challenging issue for high-tech companies is attracting highly qualified employees. In turn, employees’ career expectations and their requirements for work are increasing. This study analyzes the main trends and methods of development of the human capital management system. Particular attention is paid to the use of software products in HR sphere.
