Analysis of the Features of the Distance Learning Format of Chemistry at the University

The possibilities and problems of the distance learning of chemistry in those universities where this discipline is not a profi le are considered. Didactic principles and methods of chemical education are given. Electronic information educational systems (EMOS) and platforms for conducting online classes used in various universities in the study of chemistry are described. The advantages of the EIOS used in the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University are noted. The reasons for the low satisfaction of students with the remote study of chemistry, found as a result of the questionnaire, are analyzed.
