The article deals with the concept and essence of the organizational structure of enterprise management. The main types of organizational structures and their features are presented. The preconditions and directions of application of matrix organizational structures are shown. Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The main causes and types of conflicts in matrix structures are investigated.
