Analysis of implementation of land oversight on the Novosibirsk region territory

At present, land is the most important irreplaceable resource of the whole of the Russian Federation, therefore, accounting and rational use of it has become one of the most important tasks of the modern real estate cadaster and land management. Rational use of land resources and real estate objects as the most important components of Russia’s resources, ensuring guarantees of property rights and other real rights to real estate - all these aspects are the main directions in the sphere of land and property relations and land protection. In their article, the authors examine the main directions as a result of carrying out and implementing state land control and supervision over observance of the land legislation of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Novosibirsk region.
