Analysis of domestic and some foreign methods for assessment of the innovations in national innovative concept

The author identifies disadvantages of the existing domestic and some foreign methods of innovative projects assessment with respect to their use by domestic lease and finance parties to innovation infrastructure. The conclusions about the necessity to improve the assessment system are drawn. The system of innovation quality assessment is suggested.
