The article presents an analysis of the attitude of potential consumers of the online store o'stin to the online purchase of such a category of goods as clothing: are they ready to buy clothes without fitting and without having tactile contact with it; how it is more convenient for them to order clothes; what fears they can experience, and how they can anticipate and smooth out negative emotions when buying.
