The scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the housing construction industry in the Krasnodar Territory. The article examines the dynamics of housing commissioning, the competitive environment, the dynamics of housing prices, emphasizes the importance of introducing digital technologies, creating projects with their own infrastructure, adapting to the changing needs of buyers, highlights trends such as digitalization of the market, increasing requirements for housing quality, and the development of their own infrastructure of residential complexes. The result of the work is the conclusion that despite the high competition and dependence on external factors, the housing construction industry of the Krasnodar Territory has significant potential, the implementation of which depends on the ability of developers to adapt to changing market conditions.
