Analysis of best practices in the implementation of information systems for recording student achievements in Russian universities

The relevance of the research topic is dictated by the fact that in the conditions of modern society, which are rapidly changing as a result of the development of new technologies and digitalization, higher educational institutions, like other participants in the economy, are improving management processes to achieve an optimal controlled system. Currently, Russian educational institutions of higher education pay great attention to the automation and digitalization of processes that ensure educational and extracurricular activities, while in foreign universities this issue has long been resolved through the creation of a unified information space of the university, including access to the student's personal account on the university website, and , in particular, to the e-portfolio. The article analyzes modern methods and web-systems for recording the achievements of university students, highlights a number of advantages and disadvantages of an automated system for recording achievements for students, and formulates proposals for the further development of a system for recording the achievements of university students.
