Analysis of promising trends in pedagogy which influence the success of the educational process

Improving the efficiency of the educational process is one of the most important tasks of both secondary and higher education. In order to implement them, researchers repeatedly proposed new versions of concepts, theories and teaching methods. The experience of introducing and using existing educational theories and concepts has shown that every education innovation has been criticized after a short period. This does not mean that all innovations in the educational field have been initially inoperative. In some cases, promising ideas from innovators could not be implemented due to insufficient training of teachers, as well as insufficient organizational readiness of the Ministry of Education. As for the mentoring methods, the traditional methods for these purposes used to be dogmata, teacher's personal example, teaching tact and preventive measures that are not enough for the implementation of a modern educational process. In addition, it is worth noting that the above methods are implemented in most cases formally and only some teachers and coaches have teaching tact and can be an example when educating student's basic personal qualities...
