Analysis of promising technologies in airport operations

The article discusses the process of passenger traffic service at airports. The existing innovative technologies in the field of passenger traffic services were analyzed: data biometrics, smart corridors, self-service kiosks, navigation system. Analytical materials highlighting the prospects for the development of the world according to the World Airline Awards, Technology Innovation Awards 2023. According to the results of a study of Russian airports, it was revealed that most of them do not introduce innovations that contribute to an increase in passenger traffic and passenger comfort, which is why the author provides recommendations in the form of a universal overview of the technological map, which can then be adjusted for a specific airport. This article can be used to develop passenger traffic services at Russian airports.
