Analysis of approaches to construction products value determining

This article focuses on problems of forming of construction products value. The authors reviewed the basic approaches to the construction products value determining that influence on the mechanism of formation of the construction products value, and, consequently, on its constituents. In this paper the authors scrutinized the participants of investment and construction process and forms of their relationships, sources of investment and construction projects finance, investment and construction stages of the project, prices of contracts, methods of determining on the construction budget, the levels of estimate prices and regional distinctions of price for construction products determination.
