Analysis of the approaches to determination of strategic capacity of the enterprise

The article summarizes scientific approaches to the definition of essence and concept of the strategic capacity of an enterprise. The authors discuss the factors influencing the size of the strategic potential. It is proved that it is expedient to consider the strategic potential of an industrial enterprise as a set of not only quantitative criteria of productivity, but also quality indicators of its economic activity efficiency, including the parameters of assessment of the external and internal environment, dynamics of their change showing compliance of the developed strategy with the objectives and capabilities of the enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty and risk.
