The article includes an analysis of the dynamics of purchasing power of the population for 2010-2019 on the territory of the Krasnodar territory for the following types of food products: butter, vegetable oil, margarine, beef (except boneless meat), chickens (except chicken legs), frozen fish cut up (except salmon breeds), boiled sausage of 1 grade, bread and bakery products from flour of 1 and 2 grades, wheat flour, potatoes, drinking whole milk pasteurized 2.5-3.2% fat content, fermented dairy products, sugar, buckwheat kernels, ground rice, fresh white cabbage.
