The article analyzes M&A transactions using the example of the purchase of Pringles brands from P & G, where the buyer was the American corporation Kellogg Company. Within the framework of the article, an analysis of external flows is carried out, as well as an assessment using discounted cash flows. Pringles to a greater extent had their value as a strategic goal, and not the goal of improving their financial performance.
