Analysis of the receipts of customs payments to the federal budget from the export of fuel and energy goods

The article examines the dynamics and structure of customs payments to the federal budget for the export of oil and petroleum products, concludes that the decrease in the amount of payments charged for export is mainly due to abrupt changes in the global energy market, as well as the coronavirus pandemic, the launch of ITS, the introduction of sanctions and foreign trade restrictions against Russia and the reorientation of markets to the countries of the East.
