PR technologies are actively used by public relations departments of Russian airlines. In this work, an analysis of the PR activities of one of the best airlines in our country - PJSC «Aeroflot - Russian Airlines», revealed the main strategic directions and features of the development of the airline's service, analyzed the impact of the service on its image, the success of promoting the airline on social networks. Recommendations have been proposed to improve the quality of PR activities.
