Analysis of practice of formation of the rent for use of the wood

In article the analysis of formation of the rent for use of the wood taking into account requirements imposed by the standard legislative base of the Russian Federation is carried out; the sequence of actions when forming the rent for use of the wood is given; the result demonstrating that the existing system of payments in forestry doesn't correspond to an economic situation now that in turn leads to underestimation of forest resources is summed up.
