Analysis of the practice of international cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation within the framework of the implementation of socio-economic digital projects

The digitalization trend opens up new opportunities for joint cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The readiness of countries for cooperation in the implementation of socio-economic digital projects is investigated. It is shown that for the transition to effective models of interaction within the framework of the digital integration of countries, preparation is necessary at the organizational, regulatory, methodological and economic levels.
